Tiny Tums is a business in the baby food products industry that provides frozen, homemade baby and toddler convenience meals.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 – 5 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email invoice receipt.

3. Return and Refunds Policy
Should there be any issue with the quality, taste or presentation of the product, the consumer should get in touch with Tiny Tums immediately. We will do our utmost to rectify the situation, with an investigation and if necessary, replacement of the goods in question, at no additional cost to the consumer. This will be done at the discretion of Tiny Tums and on a case by case basis. The following, inter alia, will not be regarded as a liability of Tiny Tums and will not entitle you to a replacement or refund:
- Food being used beyond the specified expiry date;
- Deterioration of the product arising from negligence, or incorrect storage of the product;
- Deterioration arising from unauthorized alterations to the product – additions of any other food substances;
- Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and warnings being given regarding potential allergens, do not suit you.
4. Customer Privacy Policy
Tiny Tums shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 5. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard Cards on our Mamahood Website Portal or by Snapscan on www.tinytums.co.za or by EFT into the Tiny Tums – Mrs Kelly Roopnarain bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
6. Card Acquiring and Security
Please consult www.mamahood.co.za T’s & C’s regarding card transactions and security.
7. Variation
Tiny Tums may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
